Fix pulldown_cmark breaking changes to tag types
* Tags and TagEnd are now separate enums since <https://redirect.github.com/raphlinus/pulldown-cmark/pull/517>. * The `Tag::Heading` member has been changed from a tuple variant to a struct variant.
