Loïc Dachary 9b00c78e32 [CI] tests/pgsql.ini.tmpl: do not use minio ... f92e0a4018 added minio to the tests/pgsql.ini.tmpl and Forgejo CI does not run a minio server. It will if there are external storage related changes at some point but it is not the case now so it is not worth the burden.
